Gentle Yoga Tuesdays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Boardroom

Integrate mind and body activities, incorporating continuous movement from 1 gentle pose to another gentle pose. Come release tension, stress and calm the mind and nervous system. End with relaxation and meditation (Yogi's choice). What a beautiful way to strengthen, tone and relax your body after a busy day!

**Please note, there is NO CLASS every 3rd Tuesday of the month.

**Yoga is held upstairs in the Boardroom.
