Winter Wednesdays Mix and Match 9:00 AM-10:00 AM

A fun low and/or high impact class (member's choice) using various "optional" pieces of equipment, such as a step, chair, weights, bands, tubing, hula hoops, gliders, bender balls, the wall, etc. Followed by core training on the mat and a stretch. Note: Class format can vary slightly from week to week. All levels of fitness welcome! There is no judgement as we encourage a positive environment for All at All times!
