MIX AND MATCH CARDIO AND WEIGHTS

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

CARDIO with or without STEP - A fun low-impact class involving stepping onto an adjustable platform while simultaneously performing a series of upper & lower body movements, followed by resistance training, core and a stretch.

 

All classes included a thorough warm-up, cool down & stretch. The classes are non-competitive & therefore everyone is welcome. All levels of fitness are shown.
