CSM - Core / Stretch / Movement: CSM training also targets connective tissues such as fascia & ligaments which will help prevent injuries, lengthen muscles, improve posture, increase range of motion which all contribute to a longer, leaner healthier body and so much more!
Week 1 - BENDER BALLS / Week 2 - BANDS
All classes included a thorough warm-up, cool down & stretch. The classes are non-competitive & therefore everyone is welcome. All levels of fitness are shown.
