Unfortunately due to updated COVID-19 restrictions, we are cancelling the 2020 Mini-Soccer Season.
Refunds will be issued over the next few weeks. If you registered with a credit card, you will receive a refund on the credit card that you used.
Teamsnap will send you an email confirming the refund and advising that processing may take up to 15 business days.
If you paid registration in person, refund cheques will be issued and sent in the mail.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this confusing time.

Dear Kirkfield Westwood Families,
We hope that you are all doing well and staying safe. KWCC continues to monitor up to date changes regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus).
Please be advised that all programs, room rentals and ice rentals are still cancelled until further notice.
Mini-Soccer is a very important program that we wish to offer the families in our community. Since we cannot start our season on May 1st, 2020 as per usual; our plan is to postpone the season until the first week of September, 2020.
Come September, if we still cannot play, you will have the option to put your 2020 Mini-Soccer fees toward the following 2021 Season, or request a refund.
Our goal is to try to have a season even if we have a late start.

Online Registration will Open February 24th and close March 20th
All registrations must be completed online.
Pay in person dates are Saturday March 14th from 10 AM - 2 PM and Wednesday March 18th from 6 PM - 8 PM
Debit and Credit available for Pay in Person dates. Please no cheques.
Registration Cost is $65.00
For late registration information, please contact the Mini-Soccer Convenor directly. Cost is $85.00

2020 Age Groups are as follows:
3/4 Years - Born 2017/2016 Plays on Tuesdays and Thursdays
5/6 Years - Born 2015/2014 Plays on Tuesdays and Thursdays
7/8 Years - Born 2013/2012 Plays on Mondays and Wednesdays
Volunteer coaches will receive a $20 registration rebate. Rebates will be available on a first come first served basis.
The maximum number of rebates depends on the number of teams.
